Organization of fruit and vegetable processing, food and beverage production
Establishment of a modern processing facility in Bukhara region with an annual raw material capacity of 100,000 tons of fruits and vegetables. The plant will produce juices, canned goods, purees, dried products, and beverages. Advanced automation will be used for washing, cutting, packaging, and cold storage. The project supports import substitution, export growth, and nutrition access for schools and hospitals.
