establishment of a world-class multi-line production facility in Fergana region to manufacture personal care products, household chemicals, and cosmetics. The project aims to reduce import dependency, substitute $150M+ imports annually, and boost exports to Central Asia and CIS markets. Advanced automation and smart factory technologies will be integrated, including energy-saving systems and high-speed packaging lines.
